Teachers of Young Learners

Good teacher is the teacher who have some characteristic that  make the students enjoy to learn . Good teacher for young learners should have five characteristics. First,the teacher should be patient. As we know that the children have different behaviour;some of child is naughty,lazy,over active,easy to cry,etc,therefore the teacher must be patient to face these. The next characteristic is encouraging. The teacher have to encourage the student to learn because they need motivation . For example, the teacher gives the students motivation to speak,etc . The important characteristic is fond of children. If the teacher do not like the children, it will be difficult for teacher to teach them because they do not love their students. In addition,having good sense of humor is also one characteristic of good teacher for young learners. Most of the children like the teacher who has good sense of humor because it makes the class more enjoyable. In fact, the teacher who does not have good sense of humor makes the students feel boring and sometimes also makes them sleepy. The last one is mastering the content and process of teaching learning. If the teacher do not master the content, they will not confident to teach the student. Thus, they have to master all aspect of the course, for example, English teacher should master all aspect of English, such as speaking,listening,writing,and reading. Not only mastering the content, the teacher also have to master the process of teaching learning such as classroom management,teaching methode,implementing the sylabus,etc. In conclusion, good teacher for young learners should be patient,encouraging,fond of the children,have good sense of humor,master the content and process of teaching learning.
