Almudarris, Rumah Kita Bersama














inilah rumah ukhuwah..
yang di bawahnya bernaung jundi-jundi Allah
yang bersemangat di jalan dakwah
saling mengingatkan karena Allah

inilah rumah ukhuwah ..
yang pada dindingnya terukir banyak sejarah
pada namanya yang megah
pada aksinya yang menyejarah

inilah rumah ukhuwah
tempat bernaungnya cahaya
tempat berhimpunnya tenaga
tempat bersatunya kekuatan
tertampungnya ide mujahid-mujahidah

inilah rumah ukhuwah
tempat bermulanya tarbiyah
di teruskan dengan dakwah..

inilah rumah ukhuwah
majelis zikrullah..
tempat mengecas ruhiyah
tempat mengusir lelah
tempat mengukir sejarah
tempat teruntainya rabithah
dan berjumpanya mahabbah

disini semua bermula
inilah rumah kita
rumah yang pintunya selalu terbuka lebar
menanti sesiapa yang terpangggil hatinya
untuk datang dan ambil bagian
dalam memetik dan menyemai kebaikan
menjadi bagian keluarga seiman

disini kita disatukan oleh iman
dirangkul dalam dekapan ukhuwah
seirama dalam bergerak dan melangkah
bersama menuju surgaNya Allah..

kebahagiaan adalah ketika amal jama'i menjadi yang terdepan
ukhuwah menjadi perekat keimanan dan kerja-kerja dakwah
tau posisi kapan jadi jundi kapan jadi qiyadah
dan semestinya, kita sedar,kita ini memang jundi, ya,,kita ini jundinya Allah
maka sudah selayaknya tak ada yang berhak membusungkan dada atas amanah yang besar.

ya, rumah ini..
begitu banyak pelajaran yang bisa kita ambil disana
kala tawa pecah dalam sebuah lingkaran cahaya
beruntai canda yang menandakan kita bahagia
saat tilawah merdu terdengar syahdu dari bibir-bibir saudara kita
itulah kebahagiaan disini..

saat kita mulai berbalik arah ingin membelok
ada saudara-saudari kita yang membantu meluruskannya kembali
inilah persaudaraan di rumah ukhuwah ini.

saat air mata tumpah kala lelah menggorogoti keimanan
selalu ada bahu untuk kita bersandar dan berbagi beban
selalu ada tangan yang lembut tuk menyerka air mata ini
selalu ada telinga yang bersedia untuk mendengar
selalu ada pundak yang ringan menerima untuk memikul beban kita
selalu ada lidah yang sedia menasehati kala tingkah kita melampaui
ya, inilah persaudaraan di rumah ukhuwah ini..

saat kesalahpahaman terjadi, selalu ada yang menengahi
saat ego merasuki diri, selalu ada yang mau mengalah menuakan diri
bahkan hingga masalah kantong dan hatipun ada yang mau tangani..
ah alangkah indahnya berbagi disini. di rumah ini...

saudaraku...
kala lelah itu tiba..
tugas kuliah menumpuk..
proposal tak siap-siap
skripsi tersendat..
sumpek dengan duni perkampusan yang semakin menjadi-jadi
saat hati hilang arah
saat langkah mulai menyerah
saat ruh terasa kering kerontang lagi gerah

selalu ada rumah untuk pulang
untuk mengambil kembali energi
selalu ada rumah untuk kembali
bernaung di bawah kewibawaannya
mengambil cahanya.
berjumpa dengan wajah-wajah bercahaya

selalu ada rumah untuk kembali

My Mother and I



Most  children and mother are look alike wether in their phisic or  characteristic . Eventhough many people believe it, but there is also some children that look very different with her or his mother. Some of them have different character but same in the other one. In this essay, I will write about the similarities and differences between my mother and me,especially in phisic and characteristic.
There are some similarities between my mother and I .first , characteristic and behavior. Both my mother and I are easy to cry. It because we have the sensitive feeling. Not only my mother but also I are easy to get angry. Eventhough we are easy to get angry but we are easy to apologize   too. second,sickness. Both my mother and I have Mag and rheumatic.
Eventhough we have some characteristic but we do not look alike in phisic. My mother is a slim woman.her weight is only 45 kg. In contrast, I am a fat woman. My weight is 55kg. It really look very different. Sometime people do not believe that if I am her daughter. The other difference is the beauty. My mother is a beautiful woman,yet I am just standart woman.
In conclusion, there are some differences and similarities between my mother and me. We are same in characteristic but different in phisic view.


Teacher Attitude towards Mistakes




Mistake is something often the students do in learning. As a teacher, we have to corect it in order to make them better in the future and do not repeat the same mistakes. Now, the questions in our minds is what to correct,when to correct,who corrects,why to correct and how to correct.
First,what to correct. It is simple to answer it. We have to correct the mistakes which the student made in the classroom such as wrong pronounciation,grammar,vocabulary,etc.
The second is when to correct. Different teachers have differents way in correcting their stdents. Some of them correct the student directly. When the students make the mistake, the teacher directly correct it. Others teacher correct it inderectly. He gives the opportunity for the students to continue their study but at the end of class ,he corrects it without tell who mistake is that.
The third is who correct. As a teacher, we can choose who correct the mistakes. The teacher can give opportunity for others students who can correct their friends mistakes. If there are no one can correct it, the teacher must correct it by himself.
The next one is why to correct. We  have to correct their mistakes in order to make them know the right one and to make them do not repeat the same mistakes in the future.
The last one is how to correct. The teacher can correct their students mistakes by telling their mistake when they do it. The teacher also can give explanation to them at the end of class.
In conclusion, the teacher have to correct the students mistakes in order to make them better in the future.

Teaching English for Young Learners in Indonesia




English is an international language, it is very useful and important, with English we can communicate over the world. In Indonesia English is a foreign language, but it is very popular, it is taught in all levels educations stages. In many years, teaching foreign language to children was seen as something additional to the normal curriculum of the school system. Increasingly, educators have come to recognize the importance of starting foreign language learning at an early age.
Teaching English for young learners will very completely different with teaching English for adult. Young learners are unique. They are different with adult, they have very different needs, interest and abilities from adult and more enthusiastic than adult in language activity. In Indonesia, interest in teaching English to young learners has been steadily growing in recent years. Many parents believe that by studying English from early stage their children will get a better future. Because of that the Indonesia Ministry of Education has begun to respond by introducing English as a foreign language in elementary school, even in kindergarten. Unfortunately, in this year, English is not become one course which shuold be taught in elementary school anymore.Therefore, many parents dissappointed to the new curriculum. Most of them want their children can communicate in English and learn it at school. Even English is not become a subject at school anymore, parents still take the course for their children outside of school.
Thus, we can see that English is become a favorite subject in Indonesia. Not only the children, but adult also like to learn English because it was an international language.

Assesment





Assessment is the systematic collection , review , and use of information about educational programs undertaken for the purpose of improving student learning and development (Palomba & Banta). Teh teacher have to assess language skills,language items, and what they have leaarned. The question is why we have to asses. Here are some reasons that make teachers have to assess the students.
First, we have to asses the students in order to see how far the students have learned. We as a teacher can not know how far the students understand the lesson without assess them. Therefore, the teacher make assesment to know the how far the students have learned.
The second reason is to check a certain aspect that student had or had not understand. As we know that there are many students which are not active in the classroom, we can not judge them understand the material or not. Thus, the teacher have to assess them to know in what aspect they are not understand.
The third reson is to measure the student learning. with assesment, the teacher can measure the students learning. the teacher can see wether the goal of learning is reached or not.
The next reason is to be a feedback for the teacher. If the result of assessment is not good., the teacher can do evaluation. It will be an experience for the teacher in teaching and he will be better in teaching .
The other reason is to be amotivation for the students. when the student get a good score, they will be happy and be a motivation for them to study hard in the future. For the students who do not get a good score also can be motivation to study hard to get a good score in the other assessment and never give up.
The last one is to administrative purposes,such as certificate, raport. Etc.
In conclusion, we have to assess the students to see how far the students have learned, check a certain aspect that students had understand or not, measure the students learning, as a feedback for the teacher,be a motivation, and administrative purposes.

General Assumption “Young Learners learn Language Better than Adult Learners Do”



Speaking a second language is an important skill for all people, both young and old. It has long been believed that children are better able to learn a second language. In actuality, it is not mean that children learn language better than adults, but that adults and children learn language differently. By understanding these differences and making adjustments to the learning process, all people can acquire a second language, wether they are adult or children.

Actually,adult and children can learn language but they are different. The children is good in memorizing vocabulary and easy to pronounce the word. The children is near native in pronounciation. They have a critical period, a period when language acquisiation takes place naturally and effortlessly. During this period the brain retains plasticity,but with the onset of puberty this plasticity begin to disappear. The other factor is the children still do not have desease,thus, the children can study all language . Before the age of 9 year, the children can learn two or more language. On other hand, the adult learners are not good in memorizing vocabulary and pronounciation , but they are good in grammar,semantics, linguistics, phonology, morphology ,etc.
There are also distinct differences in the way an adult brain processes a foreign language when compared to the brain of a child. A researcher view what parts of the brain adults and children use when learning a second language. What was found is that children use a part of their brain called the "deep motor area." The "deep motor area" of the brain is responsible for processes that are not consciously thought about, like brushing your teeth or getting dressed. For children, processing a new language is second nature. Adults process language in a more active part of the brain, meaning that they think more consciously about language rather than it being intuitive.
In conclusion, there is no one good in learning language,but both adult and children have their own ways in learning.
